    • Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in a relevant clinical setting

    • Active and up-to-date nursing license for the province in which you wish to work

    • Clear and current criminal record check (including Vulnerable Sector Search)

    • Current CPR certification (BLS or higher, depending on placement requirements)

    • Up-to-date immunization records (including TB testing, COVID-19 vaccinations, and any facility-specific requirements)

    • Professional references from recent employers or clinical supervisors

    • Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays if required by the placement

  • It depends! Some contracts are as short as a few weeks, while others can last several months. We’ll always share the full details before you commit so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.

  • Yes — we’ll coordinate travel logistics for your placement whenever possible. The details vary by contract and location, so we’ll go over everything before you accept an assignment.

  • You’ll never be left on your own. We stay in touch before, during, and after your placement to make sure you have what you need. From credentialing questions to contract clarifications, we’re just a call, text, or email away.
